After a 20-year career with JP Morgan Chase, including 10 years as a VP., Kenneth has since facilitated over $66M+ in real estate projects and has his CRE Certificate from Cornell, CCP & NCREA Certificates, and is a CCIM candidate.

Abdiel is an experienced investor who has transacted on both sides as an Equity Partner and GP on several commercial real estate projects. He has invested in $50M+ worth of Commercial Real Estate.

Mike has over 16 years of experience in sourcing, evaluating, asset managing, and risk management on multifamily, office, retail, industrial and hospitality properties. He has developed deep relationships with brokers and owners alike, allowing him to manage, structure, and value complex transactions at two institutional firms. Mike’s asset management experience was developed as the Head of the Asset Management Group for Voya Investment Management, a $13B+ institutional real estate investment management firm, for the last 9 years. Mike is also a co-founder and Managing Partner of Audris Capital Partners, a real estate investment management firm. Prior to this, he was with SunTrust Bank serving as an Assistant Vice President in the Commercial Real Estate Special Assets Department during the Global Financial Crisis, where he was responsible for creating workout strategies on problem real estate loans. Mike managed large and complex real estate portfolios and their respective challenges throughout multiple cycles. He has a bachelor’s degree in business management – finance concentration at Morehouse College and a master’s degree in real estate finance from Georgia State University and is a CFA Level II Candidate.

Dawrance is responsible for overseeing investor relations and implementing marketing strategies at Arch Capital Ventures. He ensures the investor relations team is focused on engaging and developing strong relationships within our investor networks. Prior to joining Arch Capital Ventures, he served at leading financial firms such as Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch, and JP Morgan Chase. His most recent venture ended in the successful exit of his chain of Cricket Wireless franchises. He serves as President of Constant Communication, a residential solar installation company. He holds a BBA from Florida Atlantic University and is an alumnus of the prestigious Harvard Business School Venture in Management Program.

Shantae supports the analysis, due diligence and execution of acquisitions and development opportunities. She is adept at conducting comprehensive market research, financial analysis, and due diligence to identify solid investment opportunities. Prior to joining Arch Capital Ventures, she worked in acquisitions at Angelo Gordon where she was responsible for evaluating the feasibility of potential commercial real estate investments along the west coast. Shantae was also on the development team at City Center Allentown, where she analyzed new development opportunities and performed financial and market research to align the firm’s projects with the goals of targeted cities. Along with CRE certificates from Cornell and ULI, Shantae has a bachelor’s degree in Engineering Studies and Economics with a concentration in Finance from Lafayette College.

Lead the development and construction of large-scale commercial real estate projects for investors since 1998. His extensive experience in multi-family, office, and hotel high-rise development and retail, education, and museum new construction and restoration facilitates deal negotiations for owners. He successfully helped owners reposition assets during the market crash in 2008 and during the COVID-19 Pandemic. Waikiki analytical background in engineering combined with his tolerance for high stress, high profile management at a fast pace has proven to be a solid foundation for opportunity evaluation, investment control and project team leadership. He previously worked for several New York City based union and non-union CM firms such as F.J. Sciame Construction Co., Sordoni Construction and Tishman Construction / AECOM where he managed select high-profile projects as a senior manager in various markets. Completed his real estate master’s courses at New York University. He has also earned a bachelor’s degree in construction management from Pratt Institute.
